About NYCE Glass

NYCE Glass Supplies is a glazing-supplies wholesaler in Jersey City. We stock sealant, backer rod, shims and fasteners for the people who install storefronts, curtain wall and windows across the New York metro, and we sell them by the case and the box, the way the work actually consumes them.

Why we exist

A glazier ordering for one detail can end up buying from four vendors: silicone from one, backer rod from another, shims from a third, screws from a fourth. Four invoices, four deliveries, four chances for one of them to be late and hold a crew on a scaffold.

We carry the whole joint. One order, one invoice, one delivery, and it arrives complete.

What we stock, and what stocked means

Everything listed on this site is in our own building. When a product page says it is available, it is on the floor — not on a container, not at a manufacturer, not on somebody else's shelf. We would rather show you nine products we actually hold than ninety we would have to order in.

Seimeda

We are the exclusive North American representative of Seimeda. The sealant reaches you from the manufacturer through one door rather than a chain of middlemen, which is why the price holds and why we can trace a batch when someone asks.

How we price

Retail price is on the page, visible, without an account and without a login. Volume pricing applies automatically from 20 cases — you do not have to ask for it or qualify for it. For a whole project, press Get Volume Pricing on any product and tell us the quantity; we come back with a number, usually the same day.

How we deliver

Free anywhere in New York City, all five boroughs, in our own van. From the edge of the city out to 50 miles it is $50, with a $2,000 minimum, because at that distance we run a full pallet. Past 50 miles we quote freight by hand. Will-call pickup is available by appointment.

What we will tell you honestly

Our Seimeda and Silande sealants are tested to GB 16776-2005 and GB/T 13477. That is real laboratory testing and we will send you the full report and a sample. It is not ASTM certification and it is not a US code approval. Where a specification names ASTM C920 or C1184, order the DOWSIL 795 — we keep it in stock for exactly that reason.

We would rather lose an order than be part of a failure investigation.
