Pickup is by appointment. Ask for will-call when you order and we will confirm a time and send the gate and loading instructions. Please do not arrive without one — it is a working warehouse.
What to tell us, so we can answer in one reply
- Pricing a quantity: the product, the number of cases or boxes, and the delivery ZIP code. Freight past 50 miles is priced per address, so the ZIP is not optional.
- Not sure which product: the joint width and depth, the substrate, and whether the joint carries load or only keeps weather out.
- Working to a specification: send the page. If it names ASTM C920 or C1184 by title, that changes what we will sell you.
- Something we do not list: U shims and self-drilling fasteners are off the site at the moment while we settle those lines. We can still quote them — tell us the gauge or the substrate and the quantity.
- Something arrived wrong: the order number and a photograph of the label.

Samples and test reports
We will send a sample and the full test report before you commit a facade to anything. Adhesion depends on your substrate, not on a data sheet, and coatings vary between batches. Ask — we would rather post a sample than be part of a claim.

The fastest route is the Get Volume Pricing button on any product page. It asks for the quantity, the option you need and the delivery ZIP, and goes straight to the person who prices it.
