Delivery is free across all five boroughs of New York City. Our own van runs out of our warehouse at 152 Halladay St, Jersey City, NJ 07304. There is no minimum order and no delivery charge inside the city.

Do you deliver to my borough?
Yes — Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island are all inside the free zone. So is most of Hudson and Essex County in New Jersey.
What does delivery cost?
Nothing inside New York City. Out to 50 miles from the warehouse it is $50, with a $2,000 order minimum — at that distance we are running a full pallet, and a part load does not pay for the trip.
What happens past 50 miles?
The checkout will not offer a delivery option, because it cannot price freight to an address it has not seen. That does not mean we will not deliver. Press Get Volume Pricing on any product page, tell us the quantity and the ZIP code, and we will quote the freight.
Can I pick up instead?
Yes, by appointment. We are open 07:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday. Ask for will-call in the order notes and we will confirm a time and send the loading instructions.
How is the delivery cost worked out at checkout?
By the street address, not the ZIP code. Enter the full address and the checkout will show which zone applies before you pay.

Why the van stops at a radius and not at a county line
Because a van is a day, not a map. Inside the city we are already driving; one more stop costs us very little, so it costs you nothing. At 40 or 50 miles the run is the whole morning, which is why there is both a charge and a minimum on it.
The $2,000 minimum is our way of saying one pallet. Shopify can only set a minimum in dollars, not in pallets, so we picked the number that gets closest: the cheapest full pallet in our range is backer rod at about $2,280, so $2,000 is slightly more generous than asking for a full pallet, not stricter.
Anything over 150 pounds goes by freight
Parcel carriers will not take it. Sealant by the case, shims by the box and backer rod by the carton add up faster than people expect — a single pallet of shims is well over a ton. Past the local radius that means LTL freight, a pallet, and a delivery appointment. Tell us if the site has no loading dock and no forklift; a liftgate has to be booked in advance, not asked for on the day.

Getting it right the first time
If you are not sure which gauge, diameter or grade the job takes, send us the joint dimensions or the specification page before you order. We would rather answer a question than take back a pallet.
