The questions we actually get asked.

What is the minimum order?

One sausage, one box or one carton, and there is no account to open. Delivery inside New York City and within 30 miles of Jersey City is free on any order, with no minimum.

Do you deliver to my site?

Free across all five boroughs and anywhere within thirty miles of our Jersey City warehouse, on any order. From thirty to fifty miles it is free on orders of $2,000 or more; smaller orders there, and anything past fifty miles, ship by FedEx or UPS at the rate shown at checkout. For a pallet we quote freight — the area and the costs are published here.

Is the stock real?

Everything you can add to the cart is on our own floor, not a supplier’s. Anything we do not hold says supplied to order on its card, with a number to call — we confirm a date before you commit to it.

When do I get a better price?

From twenty cases. The tiers are published rather than quoted case by case.

Can I get the data sheets?

Safety data sheets are on the site. Ask us for a technical data sheet or the full laboratory report and we send them — before you order, not after.

Can I test it before switching?

Yes. We send a sample and the four-page lab report so you can run it on your own detail. If it does not hold, do not buy it.
