There is no trade account, no application and no login. The case price you see is the price anyone pays. From 20 cases of the same sealant, the volume price applies itself in the cart — you do not need a code and you do not need to ask.

Do I need a trade account to get wholesale pricing?
No. The volume price is automatic from 20 cases of the same sealant. Nothing to apply for, nothing to prove.
Which products have a volume price?
The four sealant lines: Seimeda neutral cure, Silande MF898 weatherproofing, Silande MF899 structural, and DOWSIL 795. Shims, backer rod, fasteners and guns are one price by the box or carton — for pallet quantities of those, ask us with the Get Volume Pricing button and we will quote.
Does the volume price stack across different sealants?
No. It counts 20 cases of the same product, not 20 cases mixed. Twelve cases of MF898 and eight of MF899 is not twenty of either.
What if I need more than a pallet?
Press Get Volume Pricing on the product page, tell us the quantity and the delivery ZIP, and we come back with a price for that quantity and the freight to that address.

Why the price is public
Because hiding it wastes your morning and ours. A supplier who makes you open an account before you can see a number is asking you to spend an hour to find out whether it was worth five minutes. Our cost is what it is; showing it does not change it.
It also means you can price a job from your phone, on the scaffold, without ringing anyone.
What the volume price does not include
- Delivery inside New York City is free anyway — all five boroughs, no minimum, our own van from Jersey City. The volume price does not change that either way.
- Out to 50 miles, delivery is $50 with a $2,000 order minimum.
- Past 50 miles, freight is quoted per address. The delivery zones in full.
Working out how many cases you need
Before you order twenty cases, check the arithmetic. One 20 fl oz sausage runs about 24 linear feet of a 1/2" x 1/4" joint; a case of 20 covers roughly 480 feet of it. The full coverage table by joint size has the numbers for every common section, and the two reasons real site usage lands about 10% above the table.
And if the joint is deeper than it needs to be, you are buying sealant to fill air. Backer rod sets the depth and costs a fraction of the sealant it saves.
