A manual applicator gun for 20 fl oz (600 ml) foil sausage packs — the format every sealant on this site ships in. The sausage loads into the barrel, the plunger disc seals behind it, and the nozzle screws onto the front cap. One gun serves all of them: Seimeda, Silande MF898 and MF899, and DOWSIL 795.
How it is sold
Sold individually. Each gun ships with one plunger disc, one front cap and one nozzle. Replacement nozzles are consumables and are not included beyond the first.

Using it
Cut one end of the sausage, load it cut-end forward, fit the plunger disc, close the cap with the nozzle on, and advance the rod until sealant reaches the nozzle. Stiff or cold sealant pushes harder; warm the sausage to room temperature before a structural grade such as MF899 and it extrudes cleanly.

Delivery
Local delivery is free across New York City — all five boroughs, brought by our own van from our Jersey City warehouse. Past the city we deliver out to 50 miles for $50, with a $2,000 order minimum, because at that distance we run a full pallet. Enter your address at checkout and it will show which applies.
Beyond 50 miles the checkout will not offer a delivery option, because it cannot price freight. That does not mean we will not deliver: press Get Volume Pricing above, tell us the quantity and your ZIP code, and we will quote the freight for your address.
Orders over 150 pounds cannot ship by parcel carrier and move by freight on a pallet. Where a volume price states that local delivery is included, that price covers the delivery.
